NTN Background Investigation Services National Testing Network (NTN) has developed a comprehensive background investigations program utilizing national, regional and local investigators that perform investigations virtually/remotely for our agency clients. The program is based on the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) background guidelines. Our network of investigators average over 25 years of law enforcement service including detailed public safety candidate investigations, interview/interrogation techniques, and field/tactical experience for agencies conducting background-checks for both sworn and non-sworn positions.
