The City of Hialeah is interested in forming an eligibility list for Certified Firefighter/Paramedic after the current one becomes exhausted. We are not currently hiring but will be accepting interested candidates on a continuous basis. FireTEAM and NTN CPAT testing are required to qualify.
The City of Hialeah requires the candidate PHQ. You can access the questionnaire through your candidate account. The PHQ must be completed or you may not be considered further in the process.
You are not required to fill out an employment application at this time. Once the City of Hialeah opens the position for hire, then Human Resources will contact you to fill out an employment application. All that is required of you is the FireTEAM test scores, NTN CPAT, and PHQ completion.
