The Willard Police Department is currently hiring for the position of Police Officer. All candidates must complete the FrontLine National exam through National Testing Network.

Salary Information: $44,304/ year $21.30/ hrThe City of Willard also pays 10% of salary towards employee pension

Department Overview: The Willard Police Department consists of 14 full-time and one part-time officer, 4 full-time and one part-time dispatcher, and six reserve officers who are dedicated to providing a safer community to the citizens of Willard.

Hiring Process: Top 5 applicants who pass the written exam will be invited back for physical agility test. Candidates who pass the agility test will be subject to an extensive background investigation, extensive medical & drug screening and a polygraph examination, and interview process.
