The Bellevue Police Department is not currently hiring for Communications Dispatcher, but is building an eligibility list for future dispatcher openings. Candidates must take the ECOMM National exam through NTN and complete the Candidate PHQ.

Salary Information: Starting: $36,192

Department Overview: The department is currently staffed by 11 full-time officers, 4 full-time dispatchers and 4 part-time personnel. The department participates in a county-wide UAV team and the Sandusky County Special Response Team.

Necessary Certifications: None required. The department will train all new hires.
Schooling Prior and Post Hiring: Ability to maintain required certifications mandatory by the State of Ohio and Bellevue Police Department.
