The Springboro Police Department is seeking to establish an eligibility list for the position of Police Officer, with two (2) immediate openings.

Salary Information: Range - $63,974.83 – $81,849.58 Annually Credit for lateral hire past years of experience on pay scale3% pay increase over base salary for having college degreeCity pays up to $5000 year for tuition reimbursement

Department Overview: Department provides an opportunity for a multitude of special assignments regularly such as SWAT, Detective, U.S. Marshal SOFAST, Bike patrol, Honor guard, Drug Task Force, DARE and many more. Most assignments are regularly rotated to give all officers the opportunity to move through different posts and experiences. Community based agency constantly striving to give officers most up to date, state of the art equipment.
