Polk Fire Rescue is currently building on-going list for Firefighter EMT. All interested candidates are required to complete FireTEAM exam and must have a valid CPAT certification.
The department also requires candidates PHQ. You can access the questionnaire through your candidate account. The PHQ should be completed as soon as possible to be considered further in the process.
Salary Base: $37,083.20 (not including overtime or holiday pay)
