Arizona Fire & Medical Authority is accepting test scores for Recruit Firefighter. This positions requires both FireTEAM and a valid CPAT (within six (6) months of May 28, 2020)
To be considered for this eligibility list, all testing must be completed by 0800 AZ Time on May 26, 2020 and we will only accept NTN scores taken from April 27, 2019 forward. Recruit Firefighter: $22.50 per hour during AcademyFirefighter EMT: $49,126 - $69,129Firefighter Paramedic: receive an additional $2.45 per hour (approximately $7,325 annually)

Area Information: Today, the Authority, an ISO Class 1 / Internationally Accredited organization, serves over 75,000 people, providing all hazard emergency services, including 9-1-1 and inter-facility ambulance service from eight fire stations strategically located in the Phoenix metro-area’s west and east valley, ensuring a quick and immediate response to any situation. The Authority has approximately 120 sworn firefighters and 70 civilian full-time and part-time EMT’s and Paramedics who respond to assist citizens in need over 15,000 times each year.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty as listed in the job description.
