The Cleveland Heights Police Department is responsible for providing Police services to the residents and visitors of the City of Cleveland Heights. The Cleveland Heights Police Department handles approximately 60,000 calls for service annually. With an authorized strength of 100 sworn Officers, there are several opportunities for career growth as well as opportunities to work within a specialty unit. Some of these Units include SWAT, Drone Unit, Mobile Field Force, Accident Investigation, AFIS, Academy Instructor and others.
