Position Title: Part Time Firefighter/EMT-B
The Village of Robbins Fire Department is hiring for the position of Part Time Firefighter/EMT-B. Candidates are required to complete the NTN FireTEAM exam to be considered for the position.
Salary Information: Varies in accordance with collective bargaining agreement in place
Benefit Information: Flexible Schedule, Sponsored Training Programs, Double Time pay on Major Holidays, Uniform Allowance

Department Overview: The Robbins Fire Department is a progressive and growing combination Fire and EMS Department located in the South Suburbs of Chicago. Robbins Fire responds to approximately 2000 emergency calls in and around the Village of Robbins yearly.

Age:18 or older

High School Grad / GED:Yes
Driver's License:Yes - Class-B CDL Preferred
Ability to Read/Speak English:Yes
Academy Certification:Yes, Firefighter Basic Operations (Firefighter II) from the Illinois Office of State Fire Marshal Certification
Necessary Certifications:EMT-B Certification (or proof you are currently enrolled in an EMT-B course. Please note: you must have your EMT-B license prior to hire-date)
