Brea Police Department is seeking to establish an eligibility list for the position of Public Safety Dispatcher I and II! All candidates must take the Ecomm National exam through National Testing Network to be considered further in the hiring process.

Salary Information:
Public Safety Dispatcher I - $65,503.37 - $83,860.40 AnnuallyPublic Safety Dispatcher II - $72,068.29 - $92,265.10 Annually

As a Public Safety Dispatcher, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to their fullest as an integral member of our team. The full-time Public Safety Dispatcher works 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, with one 8 hour “payback shift” every other week. Shift assignments rotate every four months. Personnel must be available to work day, evening, and midnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
