Future academy dates will be updated as and when we receive them.

As applications are received, results will be merged into one eligible list according to final ratings, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission: Rule VI, Section 11, Continuous Examination.

Candidates must also complete a City application, found at www.reno.gov/jobs.

Salary: $66,510.08 - $90,184.64 Annually

Job Requirements

Age:
18

High School Grad / GED:
Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.

License or Certificate:

Possession of a current, valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
Possession of current, valid Nevada Emergency Medical Technician certification or National Registry Emergency Medical Technician certification,
Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT).
