Felony, Criminal Activity Disqualifiers: A thorough background investigation will be conducted on finalists before extending a final offer of employment. Results are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Multiple Scores from Same Applicant: Candidates may resubmit test scores within one year of testing only under the following conditions: the applicant has gained experience, training, or certification that directly affects eligibility; the examination has changed; or the Commission or the Chief Examiner authorizes re-testing. Upon approval to retest, the highest score received within the past one year will be considered.
