Position Title: Firefighter II/Paramedic
Ocean City Wright Fire Control District is building an eligibility list for the position of Firefighter II/Paramedic. Candidates are required to complete NTN's FireTEAM exam and PSSA to be considered.
Salary Infromation: $50,400 starting pay can also qualify for approximately $6,000 - $8,000 in additional annual incentive pay.

Department Overview: We are an independent Special Fire District which fully staffs and operates four fire rescue and advanced life support fire stations. We are responsible for over 55,000 residents and an additional 15,000 seasonal visitors. We are the largest and busiest fire department in our county. We respond to more than 7,000 calls annually. We house a Light Technical Rescue Team, a MARC unit, and a drone team. We live in a diverse community with two military bases nearby Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field. Our department is heavily involved in the community and participate in several community outreach programs. We are home to beautiful beaches and other outdoor opportunities. Our area is continuously growing, has exceptional schools, and is family friendly.
